Q) How long does an assessment take?

Generally speaking, most assessments take around 30-45 minutes depending on what space is available and what an assessor would recommend
Q) Do the assessors follow Health and Safety regulations in regards to COVID?
A)
Yes they do. For the safety of both the employee and the assessor, PPE equipment will be worn at all times during the assessment.
Q) Are all assessors certified?
A)
We ensure that all assessors are certified by NEBOSH as well as being identified in the DBS checked as well.
Q) How quickly is the furniture and equipment supplied?
A)
We aim to be able to supply all the necessary supplies the same day the assessment is completed. This is to ensure that there is minimal distraction caused to you.
Q) How can you help mental-being?
A)
With the current situation, we realise mental health is a big issue. We are able to offer consultation sessions with qualified professionals to both assess and improve mental wellbeing. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us to arrange these services.
Q) Do you provide only to corporates?
A)
We provide to anyone who is currently working at home who wishes to have an ergonomic set up. We value the well-being of everyone, whether they be an individual or part of a corporation.
Q) How is furniture and equipment returned?
A)
Once notified, we will arrange pick up within 3 working days for any furniture and equipment that is no longer needed. Please contact us at [email protected] or call us to arrange a collection.
Q) I have just completed an order and received a code. What do I do next?
A)
Upon booking your assessments, a member of our team will contact you with a code. That code can then be used by your employees when they sign in with the company email. The number of times the code can be used will match the number of assessments that have been booked.
